Robert G. Murray, age 87, of Richmond, died Tuesday morning (September 9, 2008) at Rose Gate Village. He was born in Kentucky on July 14, 1921 to John H. and America Hensley Murray and had lived here for the past twenty years. He was a US Navy veteran of World War II and was a retired employee of Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. He was a member of Christ United Church. Survivors include his wife �" E. Bernice Murray; sister �" Nancy Fox of Richmond; brothers �" John E. Murray of Connersville, William Murray of Richmond; nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, 2 brothers, Harvey and Walter Murray, and two sisters, Della Smith and Mattie Katherine Black, are also deceased. Services will be held at 10:30 am on Friday (September 12, 2008) in Riggle �" Waltermann Mortuary. Pastor Brett Karanovich will officiate. Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
