Robert A. Osborn, of Richmond, died unexpectedly on Friday morning (July 8, 2005) shortly after arrival at Reid Hospital. He was born in Richmond on March 15, 1929 and had lived here all of his life and was a graduate of Richmond High School. He was a US Army veteran of the Korean War and had worked as a tool and die maker retiring from General Dynamics Corp. Bob enjoyed playing golf and he was an avid car racing fan. He was a member of Holy Family Church.
Survivors include - Wife - Helen Osborn to whom he would have been married 54 years on August 16th.

Liturgy of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10:00 am on Monday (July 11, 2005) in Holy Family Church. Burial will be in Saint Andrew Cemetery where military graveside services will be conducted by the Wayne County Veterans Council. Friends may call on Sunday (July 10. 2005) from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.
