Robert VanWinkle, age 82, of Richmond, died Friday (July 2, 2004) at the Dayton Veterans Administration Medical Center. He was born on February 23, 1922 in Morrill, Kentucky to Powell and Chessie Leger VanWinkle and had lived in this area for the past 40 years. He had worked at the former Decca Records and was a retired employee of Wayne Works. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II

Services will be held at 7:00pm on Sunday (July 4, 2004) at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. Darren Jones will officiate.
