Roland Dudley Paradiso, age 69, of Richmond, died Tuesday morning (September 25, 2012) at Reid Hospital. He was born in Richmond on January 4, 1943 to Orlando and Irene Miller Paradiso and had lived here most of his life. He had worked in factory maintenance. Survivors include his children - Darrin Paradiso of Richmond, Mike Paradiso of Richmond and Amanda (Harold) Paradiso-Wane of Cincinnati, Ohio; grandchildren - Brianna (Marvin) Gamez, Whitney (James) Hollis, Lorrin (Cotez) Dove, Phillip Paradiso, Brittany Paradiso, Cody Paradiso, Jessika Alvey, Kylee Purcell, Alec Purcell; several great grandchildren; brother - Paul (Paulette) Paradiso of Richmond: an aunt, Patty Paradiso; cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, a daughter, Monica Alvey, a granddaughter, Heather Alvey, and a sister, Sondra Paradiso, are also deceased. Services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday (September 29, 2012) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Pastor Martin Holman will officiate.
