Rosemary L. Stigleman, age 78, of Richmond, died Friday evening (January 23, 2009) at Reid Hospital. She was born in Richmond on October 4, 1930 to Louis and Lillian Genn Stigleman and had lived here all of her life. She was a homemaker and is survived by her sister - Wilma Mullen of Bradenton, Florida; her brother - Robert Stigleman of Greenville, Ohio; nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, a brother, John W. "Bill" Stigleman is also deceased. Private services will be held on Tuesday (January 27, 2009). Rev. John Hollis will officiate.
