Rosetta G. Roberts, age 57, of Richmond, died Sunday (April 8, 2012) at Reid Hospital. She was born on September 23, 1954 in Richmond to Russell and Mary Maxine Mann Brumley and had lived here for the past 15 years moving back here from Tennessee. She was a former member of the VFW Auxiliary. Survivors include her children - David Helms and Nikki Byard both of Richmond; grandchildren - Teresa Byard, Graydon Byard, Nathanial Helms, Raven Helms, Austin Pierce, Kurstie Bridgeman, Dallas Dotson, Michal Bridgeman, Kayley Simpson, Trenton Burke; brothers - Steve (Lisa) Brumley of North Carolina and Cecil Brumley of Richmond; sister - Nancy (Tim) Laughlin of Richmond; nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday (April 11, 2012) in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Steve Brumley will officiate.
