Roy N. Johnson, age 102, of Richmond passed away Monday (December 15, 2014) at Forest Park Health Campus. He was born in Georgia on May 14, 1912 to Mentor C. and Luella Brookshire Johnson. He retired from AVCO after 20 plus years. He enjoyed fishing and going camping. He also enjoyed going to church and spending time with his family. Survivors include his sons David (Christine) Johnson, Tommy Johnson and John Johnson; grandchildren Kim (Brent) Devoss, Brett Johnson, Bill Johnson, David Johnson, Karen (Bobby) Campbell, Debra (Damon) Soper, Erica (Aaron) Sjostrand and Lesley (Kevin) Hurst; brother Jesse L. Johnson; sisters Nellie and Thelma; daughter-in-law Diana Johnson; Several great great grandchildren; Several Nieces and Nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents his wife of 74 years Mary Johnson, son Daniel Johnson, and a sister Lela Caskey are also deceased. Services will be held on Saturday (December 20, 2014) at 3:00 P.M. in Riggle �" Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. Reuben Dunkle will officiate. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery. Friends may call on Saturday (December 20, 2014) from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
