Ruby T. Stigleman, age 78, of Richmond, died Monday (September 22, 2008) at her residence. She was born on August 5, 1931. Her husband, John W. Stigleman, is deceased. Survivors include a daughter. Public graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday (September 30, 2008) in Goshen Cemetery. There will be not public visitation.
