Russell E. Pollard, age 78, of Richmond, died Tuesday morning (November 6, 2012) at Reid Hospital. He was born in Washington Court House, Ohio on December 23, 1933 and had lived in Laurel, Indiana for twenty years before moving to Richmond. He had worked for Ball Corporation in Muncie. Survivors include his wife - Kathleen Pollard; step-son - Larry Norris of Richmond, sons Harvey Pollard and Dale Pollard of Muncie; daughter - Beverly Pollard of Muncie. In addition to his parents, two half-brothers, Harry Dixon and Lee Dixon are also deceased. Services will be conducted at 12:00 noon on Friday (November 9, 2012) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Rev.
