Ruth Ann Lester, age 80, of Richmond passed away Thursday morning (October 30, 2014) at Reid Hospital. She was born in Richmond on December 19, 1933 to Carl and Roma Sittloh Drayer. Ruth retired from Eaton Gear with over 25 years of service. She loved to listen to live music, play bingo and spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include her daughters Darlene (Jerry) Taylor and Sharon (Bud) Robbins, grandchildren - Brandi Rosenberger, Alisha (Justin) Fekete, Amy (Will) Hurst, and Justin Robbins; great grandchildren - Micaila, Madison, Mason, Livia, Ellery, Kiley, Quin, Kennedy, Kaydin, Jacob, Keirsten, Amaura and Layla; cousins; and many friends. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Dean, and son-in-law Mark Hileman. Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held on Monday (November 3, 2014) at 1:00 P.M. in St. Andrew Church, 235 S. 5th St. Father Todd Riebe will officiate. Burial will be in West Lawn Cemetery in Hagerstown, Indiana. Friends may call on Monday (November 3, 2014) from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
