Stephen B. Godwin, age 66, of Richmond, died Thursday morning (February 20, 2014) at Reid Hospital. He was born in Richmond on March 27, 1947 to Wilbur and Frances Ragen Godwin and had lived here all of his life. He was a 1965 graduate of Richmond High School and a veteran of the United States Air Force. He had worked for Power Train. Survivors include his wife, Carole Godwin; daughters, Kelly Godwin of Fountain City, Jennifer Carpenter of Union City, Ohio; son, Justin Godwin of Richmond; 5 grandchildren, 2 sisters and a brother. A brother is also deceased. No services are planned. Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
