Sue Ann Radford, age 83, passed away peacefully on Saturday (September 21st 2024) at Reid Hospital. She was born in Richmond on February 23rd 1941 to Mary & Paul Lichtenfels, and had lived here all her life. She had worked at Alcoa/Silgan for 42 years, and retired in 2003. She was an avid reader, and inspired a love of literature in her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years Jerry Radford; daughter Kim (Bob) Forrester; Step daughter Gina (John) Radford Charles; sisters Jenny Berry, Brenda Boehm, and Barbara (Ed) Miller; Sister in law Marilyn "Joan" Turner; grandsons Josh (Brooke) Forrester, William (Parker-Paige) Charles & Jack (Madelyn) Charles; granddaughter Jordyn Forrester; great grandchildren Declan Forrester, Bexlee Forrester, and Jerilee Forrester; Nephews Rodney (Susan) Turner, Brian (Diane) Catron, Brett (Debbie) Catron, Leonard Childers; Nieces Missy (Wayne) Foley, Lori McDonald, Angela Caldwell, Tracy (Jamie) Phillips. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Linda Catron, step son Jerry "J.D." Radford, and brother in law George "Buster" Turner.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 2nd at 11am at Earlham Cemetery with pastor Brett Karanovich officiating.
