Per the request of Tammy's Fiance (James Messersmith) the following have been added to the obituary; Jill Millins, Sarah Mullins and Sarah Mullins's Daughter. Tammy Dale (Garrett) Kegley, Age 55, passed away Friday (December 21st 2013) at home. She was born in Wayne County on February 7th 1958 to Russell Dale Garrett and Alverta Marlene Mullins (Yingst) and had lived in the area her whole life. Survivors include her boyfriend, James Messersmith of Lynn, Two daughters, Tamera Kegley and Amy Kegley of Richmond, Two sons Russel Dale Wesler, and Justin Kegley of Richmond. Three step children, Julia Baker of Greenville, OH, Tina Messersmith, of Union City, OH and Joshua Messersmith of Lynn, One brother, Mark Garrett, Three sisters Jamie (Greg) Gellinger, Joy (Mike) West, and Darlene Walcott all of Richmond, One step - daughter, Jill Mullins of Greenville, OH, Sarah Mullins of Greenville, OH, and Sarah Mullins's Daughter. Other survivors include one sister in law Sandy Garrett, Several grandkids, Several aunts and nieces and nephews. Including her parents she is preceded in death by one brother Timmy Garrett and one uncle. Services for Tammy will be held on Friday (December 27th 2013) at Riggle-Walterman Mortuary at 3:30 P.M. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery. Pastor Paul Mingus will Officiate. Friends and family may call from 5:00 P.M. To 7:00 P.M.
