Tammy Sue Ross, age 49, of Richmond, died Wednesday evening (February 27, 2013) at Ambassador Healthcare. She was born in Greenville, Ohio on December 6, 1963 to Winston and Patricia Defriece and had lived in this area all of her life. She had worked for Maish Body Shop and for K-Mart. She loved to fish and enjoyed pitching horseshoes. She was an avid bowler and had been a member of the Wayne County Women's Bowling Association. Survivors include her husband of 24 years, Doug Ross; children, Josh Conatser, Kevin (Kristin) Ross, Jeremy Conatser, Dustin Ross, Lynsey Ross; grandchildren, Caleb Conatser, Caeley Conatser, Colson Conatser, Alaina Conatser, Riley Ross, Zavier Conatser, Westin Conatser; her mother, Pat Foust; brother, Tony Defriece; her special grandmother, Jo Maish; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins. She was preceded in death by her son, Jacob; father, Winston Defriece; paternal grandmother, Mandy Defriece and maternal grandfather, Fred Maish. The family is very grateful for the care and concern shown by all of the staff at Ambassador Healthcare; particularly Mary, Susie, Taylor, Karlin, Stephanie and Michelle Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday (March 5, 2013) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday (March 4, 2013) from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
