Thelma M. Daugherty, age 94, of Richmond, died Sunday morning (March 14, 2010) at Reid Hospital. She was born in Richmond on October 2, 1915 to Warren A. and Mary Cook Baker and had lived here all of her life. She had worked for the Indianapolis Glove Company and was a retired employee of the former Nettle Creek Industries. She was a member of Saint Andrew Church. Her husband, James W. Daugherty died on April 13, 1970. Survivors include her sons - James (Debbie) Daugherty of Richmond and Robert Daugherty of Indianapolis; two grandsons - Ryan Daugherty of Indianapolis and Lucas Starritt of Richmond; sister - Patricia Krasnowski of Payless Heights, Illinois; nieces and nephews. Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:30 pm on Wednesday (March 17, 2010) in Saint Andrew Church. Burial will be in Saint Andrew Cemetery.
