Theresa Maxine (North) Johnson went home to be with the Lord on (6/20/14) at age 87 while at Rosebud Village Nursing Home. She was born October 3, 1926 in Hollansburg, Ohio to Ed & Nora North. She was the youngest of 4 children. She lived in Richmond most of her adult life and was a homemaker and also worked at Reid Hospital for a short time. She was a good listener and also quite a talker. She was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed by all. Survivors include 2 daughters, Phyllis (Dave) Hency of Bethel, Ohio and Cindy (Bob) Chaney of Richmond, Indiana. Grandchildren; Donovan & Andy Hency, Melissa Gilvin and Theresa Ludwick of Ohio. Gabe Chaney and step-grandson, Kyle Chaney. She has 9 great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donavon Johnson and great-grandson, Donavon Ludwick, parents & siblings. The family would like to thank the staff at Rosebud Village Nursing Home for their great care and also her physician for many years, Dr. James Hayes. Services for Theresa will be held on Monday (June 23, 2014) at 12:00 P.M. at Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery. Pastor Marty Holman will officiate.
