Vicki Bloemke, age 72 of Richmond passed away Saturday June 30, 2018 at Reid Hospital. She was born in Connersville, Indiana on July 25, 1945 to Joseph and Joy Brachula Webster. Vicki married Paul Bloemke in Cambridge City, Indiana on November 6, 1976 and were happily married for almost 42 years. She lived in Richmond for all of her life and had previously worked as a telemarketer and was a greeter at the Richmond Meijer.

Survivors include her husband Paul Bloemke; daughters Julie and Laurie Bloemke; granddaughter Emma Mills; sisters Connie and Sandy and several friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Joy Webster.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday July 2, 2018 in St. Andrew Cemetery. Pastor Doug Kaler will officiate. Riggle – Waltermann Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
