Virginia Elliott, age 87, formerly of Richmond, died Saturday morning (January 29, 2005) in Walnut Creek, California. She was born in Jay County, Indiana on October 22, 1917 to Francis and Bessie Mae Grable Kelly and had lived in this area most of her life before moving to California in 1998. She had been a member of the former Second Presbyterian Church and she had owned and operated Elliott's Painting and Decorating Service with her husband, Wayne Elliott, who died in 1999.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date by Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.
