Virginia B. Millspaugh, age 86, of Centerville, died Saturday afternoon (July 2, 2011) at Reid Hospital. She was born in Terre Haute, Indiana on August 15, 1924 to Charles and Fleta Wilhoit Krackenberger and had lived here most of her life. She was a graduate of Terre Haute Gerstmeyer High School and retired as a manager with General Telephone Company after 29 years of employment. Survivors include her children - Connie Shain of Grand Prairie, Texas, Mark Henderson of Fort Pierce, Florida; sisters - Norma Brewer and Frances Jurls both of Terre Haute, Indiana; grandson - Adam Shain. A son, Richard Henderson, is also deceased. No service or visitation is planned. Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
