Warner Langevin, age 70, of Richmond, died Wednesday evening (June 18,2008) at Golden Living Center - Golden,.Rule. He was born in West Alexandria, Ohio on July 13, 1937 to Rollie and Ada Faucett Langevin and returned to this area after serving 22 years in the US Navy. While in the Navy, he attained the rank of Chief Petty Officer and served three tours of duty in Viet Nam. He was awarded the National Defense Medal, the Republic of Viet Nam Service Medal with one Bronze Star, the Navy Commendation Medal and the Republic of Vi et Nam Meritorious Unit Citation (Gallantry Cross). He was a member of Saint Mary Church, the Navy League,Veterans of Foreign War Post 1108, American Legion Post 315, the Fleet Reserve Association and Viet Nam Veterans of America. Warner also retired from Natco-Carlton in 2003 Survivors include his wife of 50 years - Lena Langevin; daughters - Debra (Blaise) Blair of Post Falls, Idaho, Cynthia (Michael) Roberts of Eagle, Idaho, Pamella Langevin of Post Falls, Idaho; son - Warner (Amy) Langevin, Jr. of Oceanside, California; brothers - Virgil (Pena) Langevin of Pensacola, Florida, Larry (Janet) Langevin of Fairfield, Ohio, Ron (Patty) Langevin of Westfield, Indiana; 5 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren, Nieces & Nephews. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Monday (June 23, 2008) in Saint Mary Church. Burial will be in Post Falls, Idaho. Friends may call on Sunday (June 22, 2008) from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.
