William E. "Bill" Chamberlain Jr., age 53, formerly of Richmond,� passed away� at Parkview Hospital in Ft. Wayne, IN on Jan. 24, 2008 after being struck by a vehicle on Tuesday Jan. 22, 2008. He was born Oct. 20, 1954, in Richmond, IN to William E. Chamberlain Sr and Mary E. ( Lane ) Chamberlain.. He attended school in Richmond and was a U.S. Army veteran having served in Germany.�
Survivors include his mother Mary E. Allen of Ft. Wayne, IN;� daughter -� Amy� M. ( Roger ) Ashcraft of� Marshfield, MO, sons William E. Chamberlain III, of Modoc, IN,� Robert S. ( Carrie ) Chamberlain of Albany, KY, Benjamin I. ( Tracie ) Chamberlain of Killeen, TX;� sisters - Pamela J. ( Larry ) Parker of Richmond, IN, Mary Lynn ( John ) Hilterman of Richmond, IN, Gloria A. ( Jack ) Cost of Richmond, IN. Grandchildren Kyle and Katelyn Ashcraft, Lucas and Zacharee Chamberlain, Sidney and Quaid Chamberlain and Isac Chamberlain.�
He was preceded in death by his father, William E. Chamberlain Sr. and a granddaughter Olivia Chamberlain.�
Services will be held at 1:30 pm on Monday (January 28, 2008) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.� Rev. John Maples will officiate.� Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery where military graveside services will be conducted by the Wayne County Veterans Honor Guard.� Friends may call on Sunday (January 27, 2008) from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.� www.riggle-waltermann.com
