William E. Stikeleather, age 90, formerly of Richmond, died Sunday morning (February 15, 2009) in Winter Park, Florida. He was born in Richmond on October 22, 1918 to William A. and Ruby Coulter Stikeleather and was a retired 25 year employee of Lockheed - Martin. He was an Army Air Corp veteran of World War II and had been a member of the Salvation Army. Survivors include his wife - Elizabeth "Betty" Stikeleather; son - Tom Stikeleather of Cooper City, Florida; step-sons - Theodore Johnston of Noblesville, Indiana, Gerald Lee Riley of Melbourne, Florida, Christopher Paul Riley of Fort Rucker, Alabama; 3 grandchildren His first wife, Hazel Reed Stikeleather, died on April 23, 1987. Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday (February 19, 2009) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.
