William E. Tuell's Obituary
William E. Tuell, age 63, of Richmond, died Monday evening (June 18, 2007) at Oakridge - Beverly Living Center.� He was born in Mitchell, Indiana on July 26, 1943 and had lived here most of his life. He was a veteran of the US Marine Corp and had worked as a security guard.

Survivors include his companion Carol Haler;� two sisters - Sharon Tate and Mid Owens; a brother - Ronnie Owens;� step-children - Tamara Day, Joan Halcomb, Scott Haler, David Haler.

A brother is also deceased.

No services are planned.� Arrangements are being handled by Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.
