William Porter Winters' Obituary
William Porter Winters, Sr., age 92, of Richmond, died Wednesday morning (October 24, 2012 at Golden Living Center - Richmond. He was born in Frankfort, Kentucky on May 18, 1920 to Pascal and Ida May Winters and moved back to Richmond six years ago from Madisonm, Indiana. He was a US Army veteran of World War II and had worked as a salesman in the automotive business. Survivors include his son - William Porter Winters,Jr. of Richmond; three daughters; a brother - Bernie Winters of Indianapolis. No Service or visitationis planned
