Winifred Carol Shaw, age 84, of Richmond, died Friday (December 18, 2020) at Heritage House of Richmond. She was born in Pickaway County, Ohio on June 7, 1936 to James L. and Nora Newman Shaw and had lived in New Castle and Indianapolis before moving back to Richmond in 2012. Winifred was a loving and caring person and was loved deeply by her family.
Survivors include her brother David L. Shaw of Richmond; nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, three brothers, Richard, James and Larry Shaw are also deceased.
Private services will be conducted on Monday (December 28, 2020) at Riggle – Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. Joseph Seger will officiate. Burial will be at Earlham Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
